The above materials include the material documents required for most paint import declarations and some special paints require two import licenses due to composition problems。
Second, paint import declaration procedures:
1.Registration: Manufacturers, distributors or import agents of imported coatings (hereinafter referred to as registration applicants) may apply to the Port Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the record authorities for the record of imported coatings。
2.Registration should be submitted at least two months before the importation of paint。
3.When applying for the record of imported coatings, the applicant shall fill in the application form for the record of imported coatings。
3. Accept and record:
1.After receiving the filing application, the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau shall, within 5 working days, review the application materials, the filing application form and the materials provided, and issue the Notice of Acceptance of the filing Application for Imported Paint.。
4. Record registration: 3 working days, effective from the date of issuance。The registration period of imported coatings is 2 years。Within the validity period, if there are major problems that may affect the performance of the coating, the import coating should be re-applied for the record。
Five, paint import customs inspection:
1.The import inspection of coatings shall be carried out in accordance with the Provisions on Quarantine Inspection of Import and Export Goods, and the registration Certificate of Imported coatings or a copy shall be submitted at the same time for registered coatings。
The departments that accept the inspection at the ports of entry or within the jurisdiction of transit shall inspect the imported coatings that have been filed in accordance with the following provisions: to verify whether the goods comply with the Record of Imported Coatings by batch;Inspect the imported coatings that have been registered。
