一、Food import declarationThe organization needs qualifications:
1.Food business license。
2.Food hygiene permit。
3.If there is no import and export right, the import department of news can be free to declare to customers。
2. Information needs to be provided before import:
1.Official certificate of origin
2.Official health certificate of the producing country
3.Manufacturer's list of ingredients
4.Manufacturer's product inspection report。
5.National (regional) product registration and sales license (license)
6.Original package label sample and Chinese and English label sample。
7.An official quarantine certificate from quarantine manufacturer is required。
8.The following original documents shall be provided before the goods arrive at the port:
(1) Import bill (seal)
(2).Packing list (stamped)
(3) Import Contract (seal)
(4) Foreign Certificate of Origin (foreign official original)
(5) Foreign health certificate (foreign official original)
(6) Filling date certificate (supplier's seal, consignee's seal), composition detail certificate (supplier's seal, consignee's seal)
(7) Chinese label record form/original label samples 4 copies, translation 1 copy (seal)/ Chinese label samples 4 copies/dealer's business license copy (seal)
(8) Declaration documents: declaration/inspection power of attorney (seal), original bill of lading (seal), copy of insurance policy, replacement guarantee (telex release)
Iv. Operation procedures after the arrival of the goods at the port:
1.First of all, the consignee of imported food should register the enterprise consignee with the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and register the "Imported Food and cosmetics consignee Record Information Form".
2.Before the goods arrive in Hong Kong, the consignee shall submit the materials to the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for the record of the enterprise consignee。After the goods arrive in Hong Kong, they can only be declared after receiving the number。
After getting the number, the goods arrive at the port, take the ocean bill of lading, and report for inspection, and wait for the customs clearance。
5. Information to be submitted by the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for the record:
① Record information form of imported food and cosmetics consignee (with corporate seal)
Copy of business license with official seal (original)
③ Copy of organization code certificate with corporate seal (check the original)
④ Certificate of import and export rights (copy)
